Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Yakmalla and its members, for any direct purchase or item won at auction on the site.

1. Membership and fee

Access to the shop and auctions is reserved for members who have paid the one-time $100 fee and completed identity verification (KYC). This fee is non-refundable, except in case of a verification failure attributable to Yakmalla.

2. Auctions

Any bid placed is firm and irrevocable. The winning member agrees to sign the sales contract and pay the final price within 7 days of the auction closing. Otherwise, Yakmalla reserves the right to cancel the sale and suspend the member's account.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), all taxes included unless stated otherwise. Payment is made by card or transfer via our secure payment provider.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped by a specialized carrier with insurance covering the full value of the item. A signature is required upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has a withdrawal period for direct purchases (excluding auctions, which are final upon award). Exact terms will be detailed when finalizing each order.

6. Returns

Any item must be returned in its original condition, with its certificate and case, within 14 calendar days of receipt, except for items won at auction.
